Good food is pivotal to a successful experience and our well-trained and responsive food service staff will provide you with terrific cuisine that meets your needs.  We serve these meals in a magnificent climate-controlled dining hall, complete with stone hearth, outdoor deck overlooking the lake and sound system.  In this gorgeous setting we are capable of serving up to 700 people at one time.  For smaller more intimate gatherings we can divide this large space or provide you with an alternate venue that better suites your needs. 

Our food service director will be happy to meet with you and develop a menu that delights your guests.  Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy terrific, nutritious and beautifully presented meals and sparkling service.  We provide delicious glatt kosher meals under the supervision of the Rabbinical Council of Washington.  After all, food is just one element of the dining experience along with setting, service and friends.  Bon-appetite - we know your taste buds will tingle!
